By accessing, subscribing to, or using the IPTV 8K service in any way — including browsing our pages, contacting us to order a subscription, or activating your account — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and IPTV 8K (the service provider). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service. Your continued use of the service following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of the IPTV 8K service, including subscribers, visitors, and any individual who accesses or uses the service in any capacity. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to or use our service.

IPTV 8K provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, movies, TV series, and other media content over the internet to compatible devices.

Our service includes access to over 40,000 live channels from 68 countries, over 210,000 movies and series, and content available in HD, Full HD, 4K, Ultra HD, 8K, and 16K quality depending on the channel and your internet connection speed.

Our IPTV 8K service is available via paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are non-recurring — they do not automatically renew. You must contact us to renew your subscription before or after it expires.

• 📅 1-Month Plan:  $13 — Full access for 30 days from activation date.
• 📅 3-Month Plan:  $23 — Full access for 90 days from activation date.
• 📅 6-Month Plan:  $33 — Full access for 180 days from activation date.
• 📅 12-Month Plan:  $55 — Full access for 365 days from activation date.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before service activation. We do not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect active subscriptions.

Our IPTV 8K service is provided for personal, non-commercial streaming use only. By subscribing, you agree to use the service only in the ways described below as permitted. All other uses are prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. We monitor for misuse and reserve the right to act on violations at any time.

• 🚫 Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to our IPTV 8K service or credentials to any third party for any purpose or at any price.
• 🚫 Using the service for public display, commercial broadcast, hotel, hostel, bar, restaurant, or any other commercial premises without explicit written authorization.
• 🚫 Sharing your subscription credentials online, in public forums, or with individuals outside your immediate household who have not subscribed.
• 🚫 Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our service infrastructure, servers, or content delivery systems.
• 🚫 Using the service in any manner that violates the intellectual property rights of content owners or broadcasters whose content is delivered through our platform.
• 🚫 Engaging in any activity that places unreasonable or excessive load on our server infrastructure, including unauthorized automated access.
• 🚫 Providing false or misleading information when subscribing to or communicating with our service team.

As a subscriber, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription credentials — including your M3U URL, portal address, username, and password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

• 🔑 Keep your subscription credentials private and do not share them with anyone outside your immediate household.
• 🔑 Notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you believe your credentials have been compromised or shared without your consent.
• 🔑 Ensure that only devices you personally control are used to access your IPTV 8K subscription.
• 🔑 You are responsible for any misuse of your account, whether caused by you or by others who have gained access to your credentials.
• 🔑 Provide accurate contact information when subscribing so we can send renewal reminders and important service notifications.

We are committed to providing the highest possible service availability and maintaining our 99.9% uptime guarantee. Our infrastructure is supported by 2,000+ servers across 198 countries, continuously monitored and maintained.

However, from time to time, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control such as internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party provider disruptions.

• 🌐 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to active customers in advance via WhatsApp or email where possible.
• 🌐 In the event of prolonged downtime caused by our infrastructure, we will offer appropriate compensation or extension of your subscription period.
• 🌐 We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by the customer's own internet service provider, router, or home network.
• 🌐 Minimum internet speed requirements: 5 Mbps for HD, 10 Mbps for FHD, 25 Mbps for 4K, 50 Mbps for 8K streaming.

All content delivered through the IPTV 8K service — including live channels, movies, series, sports broadcasts, and all other media — is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to the respective content owners and broadcasters.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the content for your own private use during the subscription period. This license does not include any right to download, copy, record, redistribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the content in any way.

• ©️ You may not record, capture, download, or store any streamed content for redistribution or commercial purposes.
• ©️ You may not publicly perform, publicly display, or broadcast content delivered through our service to any audience beyond your immediate household.
• ©️ All trademarks, logos, and brand materials associated with IPTV 8K are our exclusive property and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV 8K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription period.

• ⚖️ We are not liable for any technical issues caused by your internet service provider, device hardware, or third-party IPTV applications.
• ⚖️ We are not responsible for the content of channels or programs broadcast by third-party broadcasters accessible through our service.
• ⚖️ We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of the service.
• ⚖️ We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content available through the service.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your IPTV 8K subscription at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to our service, other customers, or third parties.

• 🔴 Termination for violation of terms will result in immediate loss of access without refund.
• 🔴 In cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes filed in bad faith, access will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• 🔴 You may voluntarily cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• 🔴 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions cease immediately, including access to the service and any associated content.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active customers of any significant changes via WhatsApp or email before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to review the updated terms.

Minor updates such as grammatical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights may be made without direct notification. The date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the most recent update.

Your continued use of the IPTV 8K service after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you may request cancellation of your subscription in accordance with our Refund Policy.
